Cristina Villar, Brazil


Dr. Cristina Villar has graduated in Dentistry from the University of Campinas (1997).
She holds master's degrees in Stomatology (2001) and Periodontology (2002) from the University of Campinas (2002), PhD in Microbiology (2007) and certificate training in Periodontology (2008) from the University of Connecticut. She holded an Assistant Professor position in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 2008 to 2011. In 2014, she joined the Periodontology Division at USP School of Dentistry as a faculty member.

Dr. Villar has experience in the field of dentistry, with emphasis on Oral Pathology and Diagnosis, Immunology and Periodontics.
