Cancellation of the booking is only possible before the payment has been processed and the vLab workshop kit has been sent. After that, the right to a refund is not applicable.
Should the virtual workshop not be held or not be held in the offered and booked form due to reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g. force majeure, in particular pandemics and government measures to counter such pandemics), there is no claim for refund of the participation fees and/or for the costs of the vLab Workshop Kit.
No liability is assumed for program changes and postponements of events. The organizer reserves the right to postpone the virtual workshop.
This does not give the participant the right to withdraw from the workshop or for refund of the vLab Workshop Kit. Claims for damages are excluded. The organizer commits himself to inform all affected persons immediately after knowledge of necessary changes.
The organizer is furthermore not liable for the presence of announced speakers. In the event of cancellation, the participant is not entitled to any compensation claims of any kind. The organizer will make every effort to find an adequate replacement. The current status of the speaker line-up can be found in the online publication.
Furthermore, the claim for damages for incorrect, non-existent or incomplete publications on the congress homepage is excluded.
